We may need a deposit..

DEPOSIT POLICY: Our time in the salon is valuable. In some cases we see it necessary to require a deposit of up to 50% of the service due at the time of booking. This would be for extensive high demand appointments, and future appointments for clients with repeat late cancellations and no-shows. Deposits are non-refundable, however if your appointment is cancelled prior to 24 hours before appointment, the deposit will be applied to a future appointment.

Need a service adjustment?

SERVICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY: We strive to offer our guests the highest level of satisfaction with their Bloom experience. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let us know within 7 days of your visit and we are happy to correct the issue at no additional charge within 14 days of the original appointment date, no longer. Please note that we do not offer complimentary service adjustments as a result of a change of mind or direction with haircut or color, or for anything outside of what was agreed upon in the consult for original service, or if you have colored your hair, had your hair colored somewhere else, or compromised your original service results in anyway between the time of original service and the adjustment. This all voids the adjustment policy terms. We ask that you communicate any concerns with your stylist during your appointment and before you leave the salon. ALL SERVICE SALES ARE FINAL.

Booking for your children?

CHILDREN’S POLICY: All children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult who is not having services done for the entire duration of the consultation and service. All teens ages 13 to 18 must also be accompanied by an adult who is not having services done and must consult/agree with the stylist about the teen's hair services before service can be performed.

Running Late?

LATE POLICY: Let us know! We may need to reschedule if it's more than 15 minutes. Please note that 15 minutes or longer past your appointment time is considered a late cancellation, and with no contact at all— it’s a no show. Therefore, this may result in a fee of 50-100% of the scheduled service total.

Look, we get it. We understand life happens! Please communicate with us as early as possible if an emergency arises.
